QUICK TIP: ORGANIZE LIKE THIS

Put items where you most use them or drop them. For instance, if you take your shoes off as soon as you enter your home, put a shoe storage bench near the entryway. If you drop your keys on the nearest piece of furniture, put a basket on a nearby counter or shelf to hold your keys (and other pocket items). If you use cookbooks in the kitchen, install a shelf in your kitchen for your cookbooks (don't put them on the living room bookshelf.).
