That's a Wrap Organizer
The most convenient way to store foil and wrap is in the box
it came in and in an organizer with separate compartments for multiple boxes of
wrap and foil. That way you can pull one box out without a stack of boxes
falling. And you can clearly see what you have without moving other boxes of
wrap or foil.
This also makes it mobile for you so that you can carry it to the
place you're working at in the kitchen or to the item you're covering (which
makes it easier to measure the size you need by holding it over the item for a
size estimate before you tear it off the roll.)
Sure you can take the foil or wrap out of the box and put it
on one of those fancy paper towel holder dispensers that also contain spindles
for your wraps along with razor cutters to tear it. However, I've yet to find
one with "blades" that cut better than the built-in cutter on the original box
of foil or wrap. If you (or a family member) don't have a delicate touch, you'll
just end up pulling the whole rack off the wall while trying to tear your piece
of foil or wrap off of it. But try one if you think you've found the perfect
one. I certainly have not tried all of these type wall racks that are paper
towel/wrap dispenser combos. But I have been disappointed with the two I did
try; they looked good in the kitchen but were not functional for the job of
tearing the wrap or foil efficiently.

Individual wrap and foil organizers can usually be found in solid
plastic or wire designs. These are a much better option for storing your plastic
wrap and aluminum foil. They are almost always white. Many mount to your walls or on the inside of cabinet or
pantry doors. The

and foils then you may want to buy more than one wrap organizer and mount them
side by side.
Some wrap organizers give you the option of mounting them to
a wall or cabinet underside and of setting them on a shelf in a cabinet. It's
the same single wrap organizer but with those two choices for where to put it.
